DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

Guests are responsible for the total amount of nights reserved

PA deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservations. Depending on length of stay an additional deposit may be required

Deposit is credited to last day of reservation

A deposit is required within 7 days of making reservations to avoid cancellation

Deposits are non-transferrable

Deposits are refundable with $50 service charge per room ONLY if cancelled two weeks in advance of arrival date, otherwise full deposit will be held
